SPR# ALSR74DGA6 - Fixed a problem where attachments were duplicated when a particular mail was forwarded/replied with history. This problem occurred when (1) original mail was MIME HTML mail, and (2) the attachments were specified as Content-Disposition:inline in MIME header, and (3) $FILE items for the attachments were already created on the original mail.
